Shipping Policy:
We usually dispatch the order within one or two working days of receiving the order. Shipping inside India is free. International shipping will depend on location and weight and size of package. Customers usually receive the products within 5-10 working days (for domestic orders) & 21 to 30 working days (for international orders), once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for international locations or remote locations within India. Please note that all the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations. Delivery:
Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays. We urge all our users/ customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper, before receiving or signing for receipt.
Returns and Refund:
Our return and refund policy:
a) In the event, that the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment.
(b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 24 hours of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong-delivered item with a proper picture to our email ID i.e. rhomisra@gmail.com.User request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with
the correct product within 10 days of submitting the proof.
